These Terms of Service govern your use of the SportsEdgePro Greyhounds service provided by TC Data Consultants ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SportsEdgePro Greyhounds provides access to historical Betfair Starting Price (BSP) greyhound racing data, analytical tools and race information. The service is intended for personal research and analytical purposes.

The data provided is historical in nature and is not intended as betting advice. We make no representations about future performance of any dog, trainer or track.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By registering you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access gambling-related data and analytics.

3. Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for the current billing month
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or redistribute data from the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the underlying database
• Use automated tools to access the service at a volume that disrupts other users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of BSP data sourced from Betfair. However, we cannot guarantee that all data is error-free. Historical data is provided for analytical purposes only.

7. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Data Consultants shall not be liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including any betting or trading decisions made based on data or analysis provided by the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@sportsedgepro.co.uk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
